Looking for an evening activity fit for the whole family? Well VisitDebeach.com has the weekly event for you. Every Monday night Dewey Beach is hosting a movie night set on the picturesque shoreline of the First State. Grab your family, beach chair, and a blanket and head down to the sand for a Monday Night Cinematic Adventure.
This free movie night runs every Monday from 8:30pm-10:30 pm at the beach by Dagsworthy St. There is no admission fee, but they do encourage donations.

7/18/2016 – The Good Dinosaur
The Good Dinosaur is a story set in a land where dinosaurs never went extinct. The animated film follows an unlikely friendship between a dinosaur and a human and illustrates their crazy adventure.
7/25/2016 – Goosebumps
Goosebumps is based on the chilling and creepy children’s novels written by R.L. Stine.
8/1/2016 – Tomorrowland
Tomorrowland is a sci-fi mystery adventure starring George Clooney. In the movie, an inventor and teenage science fanatic team up in an alternate dimension called “Tomorrowland.” In “Tomorrowland” their actions affect the world around them directly.
8/8/2016 – Inside Out
This film is set in the mind of the young girl helping viewers of all ages navigate the ups, downs, and twists and turns of human emotions.
8/15/2016 – Hotel Transylvania 2
In the sequel to Hotel Transylvania, a haunted hotel run by vampires is now open to human guests. The unexpected twists go on the entire movie leaving viewers hoping for a trilogy.
8/22/2016 – Aladdin
We all know the Disney classic. Take the night off and spend some time with Aladdin, Abu, Jasmine, the Genie. But be careful and watch out for Jafar!
8/29/2016 – The Lego Movie
This animated movie is based on the Lego line of construction toys and follows one in particular on an adventure of giant proportions.
The event depends on the weather, but they will update their event information no later than 7:00 pm on the movie day. The cancellation information will be posted on the Dewey Beach Life Saving Station Bulletin Board. If weather is clear, then the movie will take place as usual. However, the event may be cut short if if weather conditions worsen.
